Competence Centre with around 150 Staff Members

VR Netze GmbH has been a competence centre for telecommunications and network services since August 2005. As competence centre we take care of banks and companies that are members of the cooperative finance group with a comprehensive products and service portfolio package.
Telecommunications and Networks

This comprises both future-oriented services for data and voice communications as well as innovative solutions for the areas of security and mobility.

Currently we are taking care of around 440 “Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken”, and over 30 other customers – for example the DZ BANK Group and other affiliated companies. With that, there are over 90,000 employees using our various telecommunications and network services at their workplaces.

Information technology, which includes the areas of telecommunications and networks, has an especially important role to play in the financial sector. In order to measure up to this, as competence centre with around 150 staff members, we have an extraordinary amount of expert knowledge in this area which we continually develop.

Based on this 
  • we run the telecommunications and network infrastructures of our customers and continuously enhance their development,
  • we realize special solutions – e.g. for the integration of voice and data, portal services or call centres - and
  • we take care of our customers with consulting and project management.
Additionally, as a central partner, we concentrate all acquisition activity. This means, on one hand we manage control services for our customers, and on the other hand we provide the complete service management in respect to the various providers of hardware and software, services and maintenance. Our services here range from purchasing which includes order and contract management, right through to accounting, billing and controlling. The purchasing volumes which result make it possible for us to consistently take advantage of economies of scale and competitive forces on the market – to the benefit of our customers. The customer profits from lower costs, higher quality and more efficiency.
